Walter Green was Chairman of the Board and CEO of Harrison Conference Services for 25 years, during which time it became the leading executive conference center management company in the US. He was an active member of the Young Presidents Organization; an expert on the topic of effective meetings (featured in numerous national publications); and lectured at several graduate business schools. Currently he's a member of the Chief Executives Organization. Since selling his company, he has mentored young adults and is actively involved in several non-profit organizations.
Green is also the Founder of the Say It Now, a global movement highlighting the importance of expressing gratitude to those who have made an important contributions our lives while everyone is alive and well. This initiative evolved after a year-long journey throughout the United States and abroad where Walter met with 44 people who had significantly impacted his life which led to his inspirational book, This is the Moment.
