Joyal's notable achievements include the establishment of Bogani Cottages and Tented Camps in Kenya, a pioneering project designed to serve as a rejuvenating home base for volunteers. This success led to the expansion of her model to Rajasthan, India, with Araveli Retreat, and to the Ecuadorian Amazon with Minga Lodge and Reserve.
