Dr. David Baum holds two doctorates, one in psychology and the other in divinity. For thirty-plus years, he has consulted all over the world for both profit and not-for-profit organizations, written on organizational change, and taught on the subjects. He is the personal life coach to Dr. Jane Goodall, Jerry White (co-recipient of the Nobel Prize), William Oullin (former chairman of Barclays), Michael McCain (Maple Leaf Foods), teams at IBM, UBS, Sequoia, Conde Nast, The New Yorker, Met Life, GE, Johnson & Johnson and the Philadelphia Flyers, along with many other executives and authors. Some of his more interesting projects include conflict mediation in Northern Ireland and designing walking board meetings in the Middle East, among others.
